The Intro to Cave program instructs the student as to the protocols of exploring the overhead environment beyond the light zone.This course is designed with the single tank configuration in mind and within recreational depth limits. Not intended for extensive wreck orgear configuration, how to limit entanglement, light use as a primary light source, primary reel use, anti silting techniques, tie offs, line traps and placements, emergency techniques, “Y” valves and “H” valves, the purpose and need of dual outlet valves along with more complex air management calculations.
